SOUP-er Supper Postponed
Due to the expected heavy snowfall this weekend, the SOUP-er Supper which was scheduled for Feb. 6 has been rescheduled to Saturday, Feb. 27. All are invited to join us then for one or more of six hearty soups and conversation. If you are able, please bring an appetizer or drink to share.
Annual Parish Meeting
On February 28, we will have one service at 10:00 a.m. followed by our annual “State of the Parish Address” in the sanctuary. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the mission and ministries of Holy Cross in the coming year.
If you are part of a ministry that submits a report for the Annual Meeting, please do so by Friday, February 5; send to the church office.

Shrove Tuesday
Pancake Supper
Save the Date!
Tuesday, February 16, the Youth Group will be hosting the Holy Cross Annual Pancake Supper for the parish from 6 - 8 p.m. Come enjoy fellowship, crispy bacon and yummy pancakes with orange or apple juice with your Holy Cross friends. Find out the true meaning of Fat Tuesday. There will be craft activities for children of all ages, including decorating the Alleluia banner that will be put away for Lent. Thank you for your continued support of our church youth!
Foyer Groups 2010
Foyer Groups will start up again with the new year. What is a Foyer Group? It is a small group gathering that is characterized by fun, food and fellowship.
The groups of eight to ten are put together randomly to add an element of spontaneity, so that each of us might have the opportunity to get to know others in the parish who may be outside our normal circle of acquaintance. There is no agenda or plan—just casual fellowship and a refreshing meal. Newcomers are especially invited to join one of the groups at any time.
