OWLS Meeting
The OWLS (Older, Wiser, Laughing Souls) will meet on Wednesday, November 4 th at 11:30 in the Upper Room. Our meeting will honor the Veterans in our family, our own careers and our friends’ careers in the services. We will share stories together and honor their service. Please bring a bag lunch for yourself. Peanut butter, jelly and bread will be available to make sandwiches. Drinks, chips and cookies will be provided.
Hope you can come and join the fellowship with your fellow OWLS!
Sandwich Making for Embry Rucker Community Center
Please join us in making sandwiches for the Embry Rucker Community Shelter! This event takes place on the fourth Sunday of every other month from 9-10am. We typically make around 120 sandwiches, and all ingredients will be provided. For additional information or questions please contact Darlene Parker at darleneva@aol.com.
Trunk or Treat!
It’s almost time for our annual Trunk or Treat hosted by The Vine & Holy Cross!
We will have games, crafts, a bouncy house, and candy! Wear a costume and bring a friend, we’d love to see you there!

Forum with Parish Leadership
Please join the Holy Cross Leadership in between services for a discussion of the Church’s financial health and planning for 2027, as well as an overall check in with the leadership team and time for questions. We hope you can make it!
Blessing of the Animals
Join us at the W&OD trail park for our annual blessing of the animals!
If it is raining we will be blessing animals on the porch of Holy Cross!
